Raw cashew nuts
Enough water to cover
Clark's maple & carob syrup or ordinary maple syrup
Vanilla
Sea salt
Handful of pure cocoa butter
Instructions
Blend everything but the cocoa butter. Melt your cocoa butter. Add the melted cocoa butter to the cream while stirring. Blend again. Blend a bit more for good measure. Voila! C'est finis.
